Look around you. Observe. What do you see? Project yourself in the space that you are already existing. Pay attention.
Now stop a bit and focus on your mood. Your quality of existence. How do you feel? Are you aware that despite any feeling you’re experiencing you should be grateful for what you have right now, in this very second?
I know, I know. Some of us may not have our happiest days. Some of us may look at our lives and see everything upside down. Without a shadow of hope. But it is up to us to make our days much more bearable. We should be grateful more. We can NEVER be grateful enough for our existence… the littlest things, such as being able to breathe, to see, to dream. We wake up every morning, and we take that for granted. We open our eyes, we inhale the air and get ready for the day. There are so many ways of doing that. It all depends on our mindset.
We reached that point when we got so used to look out for more, that we have this tendency of forgetting what we already have. It’s not an evolutionary purpose anymore, it’s just ungratefulness. Not cherishing what He has offered us. So we replace things, replace people and replace feelings. Not only did we stop trying to fix things, take care of our relationships with others and ourselves, but we even reached that point when our actions made us ungrateful even for the planet our souls rest on.
So, look up. Breathe in, breathe out. Take control of your mindset for once.
